After a few weeks of eye issues and 4 different doctors, 4 different medications, and 4 different diagnosis Abigail finally gets the right diagnosis. Let's see she had: pink eye, eczema, an infection, and allergies. Eye drops, cream, ointment, and eye wash. Co-pay after Co-pay and a few hours wasted getting wrong care. After her eyes still were not getting better i took her to the eye doctor and within 5 minutes he diagnosed her. 30 minutes later she had a small procedure done and we were walking out the door. Abigail was diagnosed with beliferitis. It is a life long condition so it will not go away for ever. We have already had 2 flare ups since and currently are dealing with it now and hoping we don't have to go in for a procedure. We have to heat pack her eye, wash it, and if needed put prescription ointment on it. We felt so bad because she suffered for a few weeks. It was the right eye, then the left, then both... A few pictures of her eyes on the good days.

This is what we have been trying to get under control this past month. Its a hard lump... gets pretty big and then will go down with a heat pack but we cant get it to go away.

Sledding, Snowman, and Skiing!

 Winter Fun

We had the best time going sledding at Soldier Hollow.
This year we actually got to sled our whole time without
the runs being shut down!

Abigail had a great time making snow angels with her dad afterwards.

Dad took Abigail to Brighton. They had the best time and Dad said Abby is a natural. She has begged and begged to go back but we are about out of snow... She can't wait for winter to get here! HA HA!!

the BIG 40

Well it happened... I turned 40! We went up to Park City and enjoyed spending the weekend, Abby and I got pedicure's, and then Don threw me a birthday party which was supposed to be a surprise but somehow I figured it out. BUT I didn't know that he invited a lot of people to spend the night with us! And he brought my favorite cake from Mrs. Bakers Bakery! Both my families came and friends I had not seen for a long time. Was so fun! So so SO nice and thoughtful of the hubby to put this together for me! I just love him! My work ladies "Tea Bagged" my office!

Sea Quest

Sea Quest opened in the Layton Hills Mall a bit ago.
We decided to go for our anniversary.
Such a neat experience for Abigail.
Everything is hands on.
Her favorite was feeding the birds and the sting rays.
She can't wait to go again.
Best of all we ran into a few friends!

HA HA!! The bird flew away!
